urrounded by the enchanting Feltrino peaks, Feltre is seat of the National Park of the Dolomites of Belluno, as well as an important geological and botanical centre. It also boasts some remarkable areas from the point of view of nature and environment, such as the Natural Reserve Vincheto di Celarda and the moss Lipoi, located east of the small town Vellai. The Natural Reserve Vincheto offers relaxing alleys lined up with red deals. It is located on the right side of the Piave river, belongs to the State lands and is managed by the forest administration. It is a restocking area and hosts moufflons, fallow deers, deers, pheasants, weasels, an apiary as well as a fish farm. Opening hours are from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

he National Park of the Dolomites of Belluno leads towards the Feltrino peaks up to the Monti del Sole. Thanks to the well preserved mountain area at the foot of the Park, it offers not only several itineraries but also the opportunity of experiencing the mountain of the ancient times and the related human activities.
